What to do with excess nanites?

What can I do with extra nanites after I unlock all the technologies etc?

Upgrade the class of your ships and multi tools.

Sooner or later you will find a use for them. Just let them keep stacking until you need them. I had over 100,000 until the most recent update. Spent it down to less than 10,000 in a hurry buying up stuff from the new update.

Unlock the new pet slots they added. I had 6 slots unlocked, the extra 12 they added are 20000 nanite. each. Gonna be 240,000 nanites to max it to 18.

I guess so, look at all the peoples actually wanting to pay to get DLC's instead of free updates or peoples willing to buy the game more than once cause they think millionaire devs don't have enough $$$ loll

I accidentally got 75k nanites via a glitch on my expedition character, i too dont know what to do with them....lol....i was using the golden vector so no need to upgrade, my multi tool sucks so i can probably use them on that once i find a good one, but i dont know what else theyre good for in the early game during an expedition.

I just went to the Nexus-all it has are missions. Do you mean the Anomoly?

You could just not use them. They don't take any inventory space.

Is this a recent thing? I was just about to go and complain about it. I SWEAR I never saw those additional pages until just this update. Am I totally blind or did they just add them? XP I'm so glad though, Been begging for more pets since 6 is NOT enough to show off your cool collection of RNG. Also, 20K nanites is rediculous, but eh, incentivizes me to make a nanite farm I guess. Never had a need for one until I found out there's 12 more slots now.

Yes, the extra slots were added with the Sentinel update.
