Alien tools (rifle especially) are best base damage (the damage listed when all weapon types modules removed from inside it)
Experimental tools are the best base for Scanning radius.
Pistols are the best for mining.
so Royal tools are, good for ascetic? street-cred? hehe
I've been wondering this myself. Apparently every Royal found in the wild is C class, so there better be a good reason to spend time and assets upgrading it. Otherwise, its just window dressing and I'll leave it at C.
So... If one wants a different color. Mark the tower, go to another planet and perform the above ritual to see what planet gives you what color.
Note. This is only for those towers that give the Royal Multitool.
But, hot-damn they do look good!
My whole fleet of ships are exo's, so this thing for me was a must
All they need is the little side thrusters or wings and you have a firing mini exotic in your hand lol pew pew pew
Light brown bountiful planet gave me a grey one. I will hop in another system, reload, hop back and will see how things are.
EDIT: Coming back from other systems planets doesnt change nothing. It gives you the system "default", which I reckon is the color of the first planet in order.
Reloading from space station also will give you the system default.
