Too Many Icons on the UI

Is there any way to filter out the icons the UI shows you? Even when playing by myself, I see a large collection of icons from different bases and save points made by other people.

I keep trying to get my ship to hyperdrive to a point I have marked but it still decides to auto-adjust itself to other points instead. So far I've only been able to find the option to just turn the entire UI off, which I don't want to do. Is there no happy in between?

Is there a way to call a ship to my freighter? I found an abandoned one and its thrusters sill work, so I want to get it up into my freighter so I can fix it overtime.

Every ship you own will be on a landing pad in your freighter, even if they cant fly.

Right now my freighter only has my current main ship in it. I got the junker that can still take off sitting on the nearest planet, and just unlocked some S class ship from a milestone. I can't seem to figure out how to summon either one to my freighter. If I do a warp, will they load onto my ship? Trying to leave this area.

Each time you warp to a different solar system and you summon your freighter, even ships not able to fly will appear on your freighter. Just try it. Also keep saving game in case something goes wrong you can always get back to safety.
