Easily farmable food with good buffs?

so the nutrient processor seems really convoluted, are there any good recipes that i can make entirely with things that can be grown? I’m mainly thinking about getting nanites, but also something to restore HP would be nice

This shows Mordite---->Meaty Chunks which gives a Health boost. You can convert Larval Cores to something more valuable to sell if you need money.

Not worth the trouble. The best options unless you are very new and undergeared are jetpack and stamina. Jetpack, you find a flower to do the same every short hop, so that is dubious to have taking up a slot in your bag. Stamina, food is the only way to do it that I know of. But if you alternate melee/jetpack forward and run, you can move right along without needing stamina as it fills while jet is active, and jet fills while running... making it mostly meh. Worse, exocraft let you zip around without either one at a faster rate, as do rideable pets. So... no, none of it seems terribly useful to me.

Buffs from food products are lack luster. Any meat product (including raw materials) will recover one core health. Jet pack buffs and run buffs do not last long enough to be of practical benefit.

Bread rolls and vegetable soup are simple enough, however players willing to hazard a swim in horror-infested waters can also make ice-cream using eyeballs and frost crystal...

...which for some reason refills your oxygen tank while you're scooting about underwater.

If you could recover health while fighting horrors that would be useful but I don't think you can hotkey that and going into the inventory seems like it would be awkward during a fight.

It would be really nice to have a consumables menu option on the x quick menu. Otherwise its a bit useless to have to open your inventory to get a short 10 second buff.
