Why does the game exit a conversation every each choice????
Seriously, who thought this was a good idea?
I've been a gamer for, damn.. sing PONG, and I've never seen a single game do this.
You STAY in a conversation until you choose to leave it. Like every other game with dialog options.
Please devs, change this! You even have a "leave" option already there!

You end up having to repeat the same exact phrase they spew out, wait, hit the mouse button, and heaven forbid they have a few "pages" of into to tell you, just to get back to a dialog choice you were already involved with before the game exited you out of it.

I was just about to mention PONG in another thread, when people were complaining about the game not evolving fast enough. (Pong was a gaming revolution in its day, and never evolved past two paddles moving in two directions.) Funny to see you mention it.

I am just in the habit now to mash my mouse button to get through dialog. I think the NMS writers really think they are good (they aren't) and want you to linger on their prose.

There is also the quest thing.
You make a quest (like getting the reward)
... there is a big nothing happening for a few seconds,
AND the game start to do stuff again. There is also a delay between having
the item and the quest updating it. Expending base and related quests
are a pain. They ask you to get x item. You get the item... and you need to wait
that the quest update before talking to the npc... and sometime you have
multiple quests that you already have the stuff... so you have to wait...
talk to the npc. Wait until the moment of silence pass, select the other quest,
wait etc...

I find just moving the items from one tab of my inventory to the other tends to work.
