Wormskin folio

Short of inventory space and thinking that it was just giving me some lore, I deleted that first wormskin folio. Will I regret that later?

You won't need it for anything critical to a later milestone, as far as I can remember. There are other things you'll want to hold on to, though, like the larval cores and the cursed dust.

As for storage, I found it helpful to go ahead and get a freighter, to expand my inventory.

One tip, depending on where you are in progress. I just started using the storage containers in other player's base to put stuff like that. I will eventually get them at my own base, but it is a handy way to store questionable items in case you do want them.

Just go back to a player's base with storage containers to retrieve your stuff.

Nope, I sold mine so they are just game Lore, not essential for completion.

I did have to go find more dust and larval cores and regretted that but I found no blocking bugs in this one.

A note to any newbies reading this great idea: the contents placed inside storage containers you might find at other players' bases aren't theirs, the contents are yours.

You can also get the blueprint for the Colossus exocraft. Deploy it anywhere and use it for extra storage space.

even simpler...'buy/find' other ships (or claim prev expedition/twitch reward ships) and use them for storage that you can call to you if you need to get something out.

Make sure to keep a hold of those ... Green things. You find aboard a derelict freighter. I had to do a 2nd freighter just cause I thought I could sell them without any thought.

If you mean Laval cores you can find them on any sea world in about 15 minutes.

I got over 90 larval cores tonight in about 2 hours by using Emergency Charts and got 7 for 8 were abandoned buildings with 16-25 each

This thread is from October 2021. I'm all for recycling but perhaps it would be better to just start another thread? Necroing old threads can be very confusing to new players.
