Which was done. I am puzzled...
Try doing this:
"Simply try to build an underwater part on the ground out of the water, at one of your bases (except for the marine shelter, which is still an underwater part only).
If you can do it, and if the mod is updated for the last NMS version (check the short description in the "FILES" tab), you can be pretty sure that the mod is working as intended."
I am basically looking for some additional parts - like railings which snap to the edge of a floor - to create platforms. So far no luck - but then I wasn't looking far and wide yet :)
Thanks for the responses.

Obviously, though, none of this is visible to people without the mod, so keep that in mind for multiplayer.
Thanks, will have a look. I don't need much - just some obvious pieces which should be in the game anyway :) Railing for the decks, for instance...
This time HG needs to say a word about what they are doing differently and how eucli-ea can be set up to load faster.
i didnt notice fps drops with eucli-ea only because it's loaded.
What bothers me the most:
You can build certain parts from the mod and know very well that as soon as the part is called on a player without the mod, the game immediately crashes. This does not only affect Eucli-ea. There are other mods that I can use to crash other people's games.
I think some crashes in HUB or multiplayer systems are exactly due to this.
Even if HG doesn't officially support mods, a word or two and/or a bugfix would be appropriate.
I downloaded the new version the other day and loaded it in the MODS folder. I don't think it's working for me. I didn't get the warning at launch and the resizing of the one item I wanted to resize didn't work. I was able to resize it with the older version. So, I tried a few other things I could do in the past and non of that worked either. I did note that there is a message on the MOD page that 3 axis rotation is currently not functioning. I wasn't trying to do that.
My main thing is that I don't get the warning, so I don't think it's working. I never did anything to deactivate the warning.
This, definitely the best for building, this one ads a separate menu icon with all the pieces
Edit: I was wrong it doesn't do that anymore the pieces are mixed with the regular menu
BINGO!!! That was the answer. Thought I did that already and didn't recheck. Thank you.
