wonder what u can change in the settings to help. i'm sure you've tried most.
doesn't sound right tho...maybe post your specs and your issue in the bug forum or submit a zendesk support ticket.
Just saying, double check and make sure your "rig" is not about to implode. If you already did that, then my bad, and i apologize.

But all these large updates are scaring me, as I have been trying to upgrade my GPU for a few months now with nothing worth buying available. Is NMS going to outgrow me while I am searching (like millions of others) for a GPU upgrade? I'm downloading the current update, and hopefully I won't have the same "1 FPS" problem mentioned in this post.

I have not loaded the game yet since update, but if I have issues, maybe they reverted back to the early release stage that required "Above SSE 2". I will launch and come back.
an update just dropped today for your card. Assuming a non TI 1070, non notebook.

Thanks! I'm using an Alienware R17 laptop. I downloaded the latest drivers from GeForce Experience, but it didn't make much difference. I'll try downloading this specific driver next time and see if it helps.
Which is this one...

Note the link difference. 869 vs 870
Also the download is different. Clearly states its for notebooks.
