How to get the Normandy for the main save?

Anyone knows?
I bought the Beacon for quicksilver and used it, but its not working.
There is a signal, but the ship doesnt spawn.

"If it gets damaged" being the key phrase here. My best guess is that it can't get damaged at all, because it wouldn't make sense otherwise.

You have to 'collect' all of the rewards on your 'expedition save file'. Only then it will show up at Quicksilver across all saves.

Look at the quicksilver guy's unlocks list. Each item says exactly what you need to do in the expedition to unlock it.

I'm going to be real with you, I don't even know where the quicksilver merchant is in expeditions and also don't really know what I'm doing.

The Quicksilver Synthesis Companion is on the Space Anomaly, which you can summon into any star system with the quick menu (default X). It is a robot-headed creature in a booth near the landing pads, to the right of the giant cube structure as you are flying into the Anomaly.

This creature is used to redeem free account-wide Expedition unlocks and spend quicksilver on character-wide unlocks.

This area in general is the multiplayer hub. The giant cube thing is used to launch multiplayer missions, the primary way of earning quicksilver currency.

This area also has merchants that sell technology recipes for nanites. They are in a large room in the back.

Don't forget to accept the reward from the 5 expedition level as these give you the discussed items. This hapened to me and i got the rewards only after accepting the rewards in the expedition.

Finishing the Expedition is not enough, you must also CONVERT your expedition game into a normal game. This is pretty automatic, but it does require you to log back into your Expedition game AFTER it is complete, ...then the game will ask you if you want to convert.

This is not required from my experience. I've never converted any of the expedition saves, yet all of the expedition rewards are available at the QS merchant on my main save nonetheless. As others have pointed out already, if you've finished all the content AND have accepted all the rewards within the expedition itself, you should be fine.

Maybe it used to be in a previous version.

I just tested this (having completed Exp2 a couple or few days ago):

* My Exp2 "save" has not been yet "converted".

* I loaded up an old "Normal" game that I haven't touched since this past April (from not long after purchasing the game).

* Went to the QS merchant, and both the Normandy and the Golden Vector were there.

* Claimed both. For the Normandy, it asked if I should add to the fleet. Yes.

* Went to my freighter. Both were there.

I'm just going to guess that those that don't see it are either having a bug, OR (more likely IMO, but who knows...) they haven't actually clicked-on and "completed" every single "badge" in Exp2.

Just to be clear, at the quick silver merchant you have to pick claim expedition rewards, this is a separate menu from main quick silver shop.

Save Editor has a checkbox for the Normandy in the Discoveries section. What it does I don't know but you should be able to see it at some point in your game.

The final claiming everything in expeditions is a little convoluted so best practice to try claiming it on the Expedition save-even if it is a throwaway. That way you KNOW you dotted all the eyes and crossed all the Teas.

Also, it can take a bit for it to show up as an option on other saves...especially if the server is really busy.
