Sup guys are there any cosmetics that can be unlocked in game without quicksilver like secret stuff?

& if i missed expedition is there anyway to get items.

I think suit cosmetics are unlocked based on milestones. But nothing for ships. Maybe some ship decals are unlocked via expedition rewards, not sure. NMS does not have paint jobs or ship kits common to space shooters.

I have the old school diver's helmet. Its unlocked when you complete the undersea mission.

There are a number of threads walking you through editing files so you can pretend to have completed things you did not.

If I remember well you will get a mysterious signal while entering a system with a planet almost full of water. It will be in your quests list.
