Bug with "Alone Amidst the Stars"

I played the Main Quest with a friend until the Part of the Quest were you have to Charge the Holo-Terminus to talk with Artemis. My friend did that and had no issues, after that I tried to charge it and I only can see old Conversations.
Now my progress ist stuck at charging the Holo Terminus. I even tried to fly to another Holo Terminus but still the same Problem.
Would appreciate any Tipps how to solve this.

i have the same problem, except i also have lost the holo terminus and can't find it again to even see if reloading fixed it

I believe you can reset the target of the quest if you get far enough away from it. For instance, travel through a Black Hole and select the quest in your log again.

going to post this back here, but from further looking it seems this is not an isolated problem, and apparently going far away is not working to reset the quest, as far as i can tell the options atm are wait do other stuff and pray hello games fixes it, or start over

Normaly you can just use another Holo Terminal but you need to find one, thats not easy. I just abandoned my save and started a new game because nothing helped. I make savebackups now every few Quests. Pretty annoying but this game got pretty buggy, the last time I played I never had serious bugs ( about a year ago ) now I have annoying bugs all the time. Falling thru my Freighter into Space. Delivering Quest Items but not finishing the Quest so I have to abandon it. Losing all Items in my Refiners and so on.

I have the same problem and not even finding another holoterminal worked for me, also going to another system, reload the game or switching with in quest objectives does not reset the position of the quest...

Yup, me too. Guess I just...can't do half the game? I want to make another save but it'll probably just happen again.

going to update this as i feel i have figured out what has caused the bug and its worth it to let others know how to avoid it in the future. when you fuel the holotower do not touch any buttons, the bug SEEMS to be caused by exiting out of the terminal manually during the pause between it registering you put the resource in, and the quest text appearing.

This can apply to a lot of the missions. It take the program some time to complete the work in the background and trying to jump the gun can get you into broken scripts. I know it is hard to be patient, but rushing seems to create scripting problems if it is not finished.
