Fusion core used to craft...?
I remember once being told that I should use the fusion cores to craft something that could be sold for a ton of cash. But I can't remember what that something is. Would some kind soul point me in the right direction?

"heck i have 2B units worth of SD sitting in a corner, cause i don't need the money."

In my days of scrapping I got about as much in spaceship AI valve, still have a freighter container full of them comes a time where units are not your prime concern

I tried tracking those two and I can't find a single component that uses fusion cores. I am very confused.

At least if you do craft them they will get you out of the poor house lol

Fusion core has a description, after that comes the part that tells us where it's used in (it's actually true for every inventory item). It is only tradable. You can buy it in one economy and sell in another. It is not used in ANY blueprint.

I have plenty of cash. It is just that somebody told me "don't sell those fusion cores as you can use them to craft xyz". Now I have a ton of fusion cores I accumulated over time, am finally able to craft... and I can't remember what it is that I am supposed to craft using the ***fusion cores***.

Hopefully a spark of genius will come to the devs and they will use them to craft a fusion reactor to power the damn bases so we won't have to use the elaborate solar panels and batteries or the long electric lines to the generator hot spots

I am starting to suspect that the formulas changed and fusion cores are now orphan items that can only be sold.

On my other savegame, I make stasis devices, and became pretty acquainted with the steps for it. None of them involves a "fusion core". I thought you possibly meant the portable reactor, but wasn't sure. Doesn't sound like it's anything special.
