There are some device that regenerate your health, but generally it slowly increase over time.

Replenish your Health with First Aid Stations, found in many structures and shelters, or with Health Restoratives (white cube containers) that can be found at many Trading Posts, Minor Settlements and Waypoints (can also be found randomly in the wild).

not what im asking. im asking how do you UPGRADE it the maximum of hp you can get

To increase the number of Health squares, install S-Class or A-Class Shield Upgrade Modules in your Exosuit inventory. The maximum Health you can get this way is seven health squares. The Star Seed and Remembrance will grant an additional two (Quest rewards).

I know it is not what you were asking but once you get the upgrades you will need to charge them. Easiest way I found was to get the Health Station blueprint, build one and slap it on the side of a (powered) Storage Container. Unlike those you find on your adventures, this one can be used many times (after a short wait between charging)

No, you don't need to charge health upgrades. Protection modules yes, not health. Unless you've been damaged.

...and the easiest way to regain any health lost is to carry and use meat obtained from killing a few creatures (meat stacks very well, and 3-4 creatures kills can carry you thru a good bit if not all the early game when survival is at it's hardest)
