Learning cooking recipes, best way how?

First - don't mean how in general terms, of course I know via simple trial and error in food processor we can see if it makes new item and learn that in our catalog.

What I want to do is learn all the ??? items in catalog, kinda completionist that way.

Normally what I'd do is just goto a NMS wiki on cooking, which there are plenty, and make all the recipes I see there. But big problem atm -

1- seems in last year or so they changed radically lot of the way cooking works + recipes. For example, with Companions they massively reduced the special bait cooking needed, and hence all those recipes are now gone and invalid - you can't even combine mordite + random flesh anymore as example.

So every wiki I've visited thus far has not been updated, they show old recipes that no longer either in game or doesn't work.

2- they also changed a bunch of the animal products you get from harvesting or robo harvesting animals you feed via automated feeded and robo-collector.

Anyone know of a post-Companions update that correctly lists the current, updated raw sources + recipes made using those raws into intermediate stage+ ?

And yes, many of the recipes in the old wiki and lists are still good, the problem is short of trial and error, wasting a lot of time, there is no way to know which is current and which isn't. Hence asking if there is a post-Companions updated list, site, wiki, etc?

to make cooked items to complete your unknown catalog. if not a completionist, don't worry about it and ignore. Far better ways to make money, nanites, etc than via cooking. But for completing your achievements or in-game catalog, it is very helpful
