Settlement - Two landing pads?

Hi guys,
I finally finished my first building in my settlement, the landing pad. Time gate was so much fun !
Now, after an other time gate, I can start a second one... And I got to choose between a power generator and a... landing pad?? Is that another bug or constructing a second landing pad just after the first one is a normal choice?

Might be normal. I also got second landing pad and friend has 3 landing pads at his settlement.

I don't think it is a bug. I have build 2 and later got offered a 3rd which I refused. I think 2 is nice as you get one partkingspace for your ship and the other can have merchants.

In the additional items in the inventory there is the option to construct a second landing pad so I image it is normal to build 2 in a settlement.

Build options are pretty random. Have two or three if the same building is common. Generally when give a choose between two buildings choose the one that generated the most income.

I have three landing pads so far. The options they give you seem to be random and they do allow duplicates as well as structures of the same type, just with a different name.

I have two landing pads and three markets. The current construction opportunities presented to me were . . drum roll . . market or landing pad. I stopped development of my settlement for now. My guess is there are hard limitations on either the total building count or the total settlement size/area (or both). My citizen population is low, but otherwise it is S class and profitable. I do not want to permanently limit the future success of the settlement by reaching a hard limit with landing pads and markets. Perhaps there will be a future fix where the system recognizes that you have , say two landing pads and three markets, and stops offering those. Even better would be where after say eight construction projects, you get a drop-down list of projects to choose from giving you (the overlord) more say in the decisions and be able to better fine-tune your settlement.
