What is the point of citizen disputes?
They don't have any effect and you aren't given any real information. Why bother?

They might have a random effect, positive or negative.

They can effect pop happiness... if you don't choose wisely. The ones I have had boil down to : Arbitrary and Autocratic versus Reasonable and Fair.

I have had a few. I do a screenshot of the settlement over view before and after and have found no change. They seem to be just flavor text / filler.

If there's an effect, there's a note beneath the choice like "unknown consequences" (which, if I see, I run and make a save)

But I'm talking about the ones that are just Toilgek X doesn't like something Salesgek Y did, who's right? Well I don't know their lives.
