I recommend sending to the black hole too and I do regularly but I am afraid its almost never considered even when its a bug :(
Solution for now: I'm walking everywhere and making sure to face buildings as they pop in/spawn. This has made the crashes go from every few minutes to every few hours.
Gameplay is very slow now that I'm not zooming around but hey, at least I can explore on foot and refine my stuff in peace. I know the latest patch says it's related to creature navigation, but the crashes still happen for me when buildings spawn in on a planet.
Nvidia 3070ti, if that matters.
Stopped for a break but will jump back in, in about 90 minutes
It says "Fixed an experimental branch only issue that caused frequent creature navigation related crashes."
So the creatures (and/or NPCs?) spawning in was causing the crashes.
I'm at work right now, for those testing, let me know if the crashing has been fixed!
@Flexible - were you getting actual crashes or unresponsive/freezes?
I only had freezes
Crashes. Could happen every couple minutes, or things run smooth for a while, and then crash.
