Save Editor Help?

Could anyone tell me why i have this error:
The system cannot find the file specified.
'java' is not recognized as an internal or external command,
operable program or batch file.

Even though I have java 8 installed I still get this and am not sure why or how to fix it.

Maybe environment variables need to be set.
