KRONUS, there is a way to delete everything you build. Read the tools menu carefully and without prejudice. I believe it is the X button and then the right trigger while on the selected item.

firstly, you can replace the block or building part, decoration by entering build menu "w" selecting your part and placing it, if it dosn't work, you can i believe disable "placement detection" in order to place a part where you wouldn't otherwise being able to
stealing menu ? copy paste would be stealing, they just build a menu i don't see how you cannot have the same design as other since ... meh it's a menu
otherwise to be original they could have programmed a thing for guitar and each time you would play a power chord it would select a thing "course they will have the same design as many other games since there are not many ways to create an original menu"
like said above, you can disbable the placement detection, then you'll be able to place without any problem
