Regarding the colored starship trails

So I'm not sure if anyone else is having this issue but the only one that is working for me is the chromatic (rainbow) one. I have tried all the rest with however ways I can think of on different ships and the result is still the same, they don't show up unless I use chromatic and that's the only one I can actually see working.

Anyone else had this issue and if so do you have a way to fix this? Thanks for your time!

I have a similar but opposite problem. I just bought the chromatic trails and they aren't showing up for me at all, just boring old blue.

I'm thinking it might be submit a ticket time, unless of course you found something out in the past few days that might help me out?
