And for a while I had one where the guy needing rescue was buried in a cliff. So I had to dig him out first.
I did this mission yesterday. It took many locators to figure this out.
But you need to activate the locator within scanning range of one of those floating trade terminals, that can be found in the wilderness randomly.
I think most Nexus missions are a waste of time. The rewards need to be way better for the time spent on them.
I think killing the infestation horror, might be the fastest one. But if I'm not offered nanites, i'll pass. Unless the 2nd reward is something rare.
Oh it might be best to find the terminal first before you use any locators.
As I said above:
"You can't analyze the module if there are *any* corrupt sentinels around. When you find one, make sure you deal with all corrupt sentinels in the area, and THEN analyze it."
There are two different missions. One is a normal everyday encounter where you find a stranded NPC and fix the ship on the spot. The one being complained about is the mission from the Nexus which requires much more work. It seems to be bugged currently or there is some trick to it that HG didn't script well.
