Anomalous object: Messenger of Atlas, and more

Planet with 19 fauna -- supposedly. I went there for the Cadmium deposits. Only found one fish species in about an hour of exploring. I am playing with Fantasy Synthesis mod, since about a week or so ago, which vastly diversifies planet biomes. In almost 500 hours, this is the most colorful thing I've ever seen in NMS.

I thought the fauna generation was fixed, and it seemed like it, until I hit this "Chromatic Fog" planet. Can't get much of anything to spawn here, except the one school of fishies.
