secure depot locations?

i have missions that require to take matierlal to secure depots. where the hell are they located?

if you have that mission active, you should get a marker when you launch from the station showing where. or it will tell you it is in a different system.

if its for transporting something over a longer distance it can be hard to locate. when in galaxy map cycle to current mission and it will tell how many LY distance away it is. then you can start looking around the stars at that distance to try to locate it.

gotcha! thanks for the help! the marker hasnt popped up yet and i have everything need to fufill the mission

what message shows in the bottom right hand corner?

locate the secure depot. it isnt showing up in my galaxy map or even when flying around in space

yeah if it's not saying that it's in a different system, then it's there in that system. should be a blue colored marker.

Make sure you have the quests selected and that it does not say maker in another system

I have two of these and they seem bugged. I have the items... galaxy map has an icon on the system I am in. But the system I am in has no wp/markers. There are 2 odd 'lines' that could be markers but thery have no icon on them... and when i pulse to them... they dissapear and there is nothing there.

You don't have to go to the secure depot that they tell you to. Just find any depot, when you destroy it, it will complete all quests that ask you to go to the secure depot.

this does not work.... im in the same boat and cant find a sucure depot.... help?

Not to dig this up again after 6 years but... did anyone ever figure this out?

Have the materials. The mission is selected in the log, and just says:

* Source items for client (completed)
o Deliver good to secure depot: Proceed to target location to drop off the item

But I see no markers as to where the "target location" is and have no markers either locally or in the galaxy map that I can see.

Ugh... Figured it out. The mission icon doesn't appear in the Galaxy map, but does appear on the teleporter's location selection screen. So, you have to get to a place where you have access to a teleporter first.
