how do you teleport to other players base?

I play with a friend and we would like to be able to warp to each others bases but we cant see each others bases. We are always in a group and are friends, We have been to each others bases many times, we have uploaded our bases, and we have accessed each others base computers before. he has a few bases one of which seems to always be there for me to teleport to but i have no idea why it's there and the others aren't. The one of his i can teleport to is the very first base he made and we haven't actually been to it since we started the game.

I went to a galaxy and found a random players base once and just did a fly by didn't even land and it's always where i can teleport to it so i'm not sure if we're doing something wrong or whats going on.

Any help would me greatly appreciated

If your friend has uploaded a base you should be able to join him (I cannot tell you the steps because I play in GoG and not Steam).
Then, easiest way - also in Crossplay - is to enter the Anomaly (from Quickmenu) and be there at the same time with your friends, so you can teleport or to their systems or to their bases .
