Vulkan Initialization Failure

Can I play NMS with this specs

Processor: AMD A6-6400K APU
Display: AMD Radeon HD 8470D
8gb Ram

What can I do? I really want to play NMS

I think the 8470 supports Vulkan. Are your drivers up to date? What OS?

I have a windows 10 64bit, and i think all my drivers are up to date.

I tried also to uninstall and install my display driver as per what some threads suggested and i got the same result.
