Can anyone try this :
Go to:
C:\Users\Default\Appdata\Local\AMD\Dxcache\*.* Delete all inside DxCache.
C:\Users\Default\Appdata\Local\AMD\GLCache\*.* Delete all inside GLcache.
Then
Go to : (AMD driver settings)
Global Settings > Reset > Shader Cache > Yes
Then reboot computer and try again.
This too?
Thats a temporary fix. Already been tested in there and multiple people reported that they still crashed after sometime.
Pretty sure the issue lies on the shader cache. Since you got no control over that into the AMD control panel. I would say try to find a solution on how to disable it over google.

On my side I don't have any file inside the repository.
Edit : OK thats a left beind game is not using this anymore but it doesnt hurt to clear this stuff if its not empty
Tried this. It wouldn't let me delete all the files as explorer was using some. Did the shader reset and still crashes as soon as my save loads and I need to reboot my pc
Well yeah... was affraid of that. Shader cache seems to be messed up AMD side.
You cannot delete because it's turned "ON".
You can try to delete it in safe mode though.
Pain in the ass, but it is what it is. Just have to wait for HG to pull their finger out and sort it. Annoying really cause I love that game and haven't played it in years. Have to play something else for now lol

Can you try those 2 points also?
4) Delete all your shadercache files, these files can be found in the following directory.
"\Steam\steamapps\common\No Man's Sky\GAMEDATA\SHADERCACHE"
Note that after doing this, the next time you load the game, it may take slightly longer to load in, but this only happens once.
5) Delete your settings files called "TKGAMESETTINGS" and "TKGRAPHICSSETTINGS" located in the following directory:
"C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\No Man's Sky\Binaries\SETTINGS"
I do not have an AMD folder in C:\Users\Default\Appdata\Local\ Just \Microsoft and \Temp.
I reset shader cache in AMD settings.
did not work.
Well ok you got one its just "hidden", thats an hidden repository. :)
To me Reseting the cache is not enough. I'm an advanced computer user that often think ppl knows what I'm talking about ^^.
I think the problem lies on AMD's side and you guys will need to wait for them to move... but i can be wrong.
I had no files in shadercache file, deleted the other 2 files you recommended and still nothing loads into save then freezes and screen goes blank. After a minute my monitor looses signal and I need to reboot. I've given up for today. Il see what HG say next and try some other things if they crop up. Thanks for trying though
