End Game
Hi folks
First I would like to congratulate Hello Games that despite all the controversy that surrounded the launch of the game back in 2016 they have done a fantastic job in making one of the most interesting and immersive space exploration games seen in many a year, well done Hello Games.
Moving on the one disappointment I had with this game was the end game it was a complete letdown after all the brilliant stuff before it.

To be honest to end up on some unnamed world with a broken ship and no way of fixing it i think is should be either removed from the game completely or drastically rewritten..

What are your thoughts?

I'm not sure what you mean with "end game". This game has no ending. If you finish the main mission and arrive at the next galaxy of your choice, it's a new beginning and you can do a lot of things including going back to your old galaxy.

Why and where did you end up with a broken ship you could not fix? By changing galaxies? Why could you not fix your ship?

As an update to my comments above i would like to offer an alternative ending.. instead of ending up on a some unnamed world with a dead ship and no way of moving on.

Why not give atlas a home at the end of a giant worm hole at the centre of the universe and use atlases home world as a galactic nexus which gives you a one way ticket to anyone of the 255 galaxies available in the game.

so you can continue exploring as long as you like.

It's still the same, however now we have a story to explain it.
the universe is a computer simulation, and in an attempt of fix it, the player performs a hard reset. It's heavily implied that at the start of the game you wake up after performing a previous reset, the universe is trapped in an infinite loop

You should be able to repair your ship again and explore the new galaxy. You should also have access to your freighter and your other ships.

Ok I gotta ask, I had a bad taste in my mouth from the 1st time I played NMS, BUT I redownloaded it and editted my review because now it is simply amazing.

SO!

I wanna ask, if I follow the path to the center of the galaxy, will I lose my base? will I lose my progress? anything?

What I specifically wanna know is if I can play this game INFINITELY (584 b years) with the same character and stuff that I add to him. That's all.

Please and thank you.

You do not lose bases and from new galaxy you can teleport back and forth. To any galaxy that you have been to and teleported out of.

But all parts in first page storage of suit and ship get damaged. And MT

Theoretically you could explore for 500 years, 18 plus quintillion planets.
