Atlas and Artemis Paths...?

On my first playthru I followed the Artemis path up to the final step of resetting things. I didn't really know anything about the Atlas one, in fact I thought they were connected rather than separate. I have since learned otherwise.. So does doing the Atlas path also end the game like with Artemis..?

Is there any reason or purpose in doing the Atlas path at all.., or can you finish the Atlas path and also do the Artemis path..?

Yes you can do both, been quite awhile but IIRC doing Atlas first helps with Artemis, but could have changed. Both have different outcomes.

Ah ok, so I can complete Atlas and then continue with Artemis... Good to know. I know that completing Artemis ends in a reset, so I figure you couldn't do Atlas after that, so Atlas first then.

Yes I believe you can. I did Atlas in Euclid, then Artemis and switched to Eissentam and did Atlas again.

Why do it again.?, didn't know that was possible. I don't even know what the whole point of the mission is anyway, guess I will find out..

I don't think you can do it again. Captain Brendig's must be bugged.
I strongly recommend doing Atlas before finishing Artemis, as many people getting bugged Atlas missions once they leave Euclid.

You can only do the Artemis mission once on a given save. You can do the Atlas mission as many times as you want on a given save.

If you rejected the offer on the Artemis mission, you will not be able to start it up again. If you just wandered off without making a decision, you can find your way back to that point and make the decision. AFAIK, you cannot restart Artemis from scratch...unless you start a new save.

I didn't say I had done it already, I am doing it now for the first time.. In my first playthru I only did the Artemis path up to the point of the reset and then started a new save which I am on now.

Actually, I did Atlas three times on the same save. First was when there was Atlas Stones, then HG reset the universe and I was able to do it again but this time there was Atlas Seeds. Both were in Euclid. Then after I finished the Artemis quest I was able to do it again in Eissentam. So while it might be a stretch I guess in a way it was three galaxies.
