As far as anyone can tell, no, it's utterly meaningless.

I though that may be it could be used as a portal hexa reference, but portals use 12 glyphs, while this hexa numer is 16 codes, maybe there is something behind to be cracked

Portals use 12 glyphs, yes, but there are 16 glyphs in total.

Maybe there is something waiting to be cracked, but it seems to be beyond anyone who's tried so far.
