how to get up from a chair? LOL

I sat down on a chair on a Secret Depot... on an extreme ice planet. it was the outer row, and it happened to be considered outside the building, so the storm hit me while sitting... and I could not get up again!

what is the function / button to get up from a chair?

luckily I was able to reload the last save, but some flags weren't reset: I wasn't able to change camera view afterwards, it still considered the char seating while I was running through the building...

Press the button/key that normally makes you move forward.

Yes, I've also seen extreme environments affect you when sat down inside a building. :(

but it was only near the outer border... a seat in the middle of the building didn't get affected.

I should have guessed it, it's such a basic key used everywhere, starting the ship always.

Imagine me, sitting in the bloody hailstorm, environment protection running low... argh, get up, get up! xD

I can imagine. I'd probably be sat watching the protection going down for a little while before it registered that I ought to do something.

I didn’t realise you could sit down! I was thinking the other day it’s annoying you can’t sit on chairs only whiz them around

You can sit in some, but not others.

those were fixed waiting area chairs... I guess those you can kick around are not interactive for seating.
