You are not alone. Down for both Normal/Experimental Steam and GoG.

Same. I have the weekend event icon showing above the nexus cube, but it's not showing on the nexus missions menu, only the daily quicksilver events.

Same for me. PC normal difficulty. Yesterday was able to complete it in survival mode. But today in normal I have just icon< not mission

Same for me on PC (Normal difficulty). Green icon is showing but mission is not listed. Have tried from a number of different systems both with and without multiplayer turned on.

if the online discovery button is red in your discoveries tab, the mission won't work. check to see if its green, when its green then you can do the mission.
