The lazy way (raises hand) if you already have a portal charged somewhere is to drop a Signal Booster on that bladed planet to get the coordinates. Convert them to a portal address, head back to that first portal, and jump to the coordinates of the bladed planet. You'll exit at the portal; drop a marker beacon so you're sure to find it again.
You can also search around for a monolith (not a plaque) and turn in an artifact based on the system's native race. Not sure if that works if it's an undiscovered system without a native race, though.
The first symbol is connected to the system's planet/moon designation. While the rule of thumb is that it goes in order from the inner planets to the outer planets and then counts moons, I had a hard time getting that to work exactly as assumed in one of my systems. I only tested one system, but it did help with getting Portals for other places in the system after finding the first, but the blind dialing error correction threw me off at times, since it landed me in the same places. I might be missing a detail in terms of the first symbol.
Thanks Gatun, for that info.: I know you were the one that specifically asked me and others to post their planet's coords using signal booster when they share their base(s), but I guess that the signal booster just does the solar system address, only.? Now that I have that link you just gave, I can then figure out what the portal address to the planet is, and if I share a base I will make a screenshot of it(portal with glyphs).
About the only thing you can find with a Signal Booster (besides the coordinate numbers) on plants/moons like that is the player starting point for if and when someone starts a new game (or I guess when they die in space and respawn on the planet).
So it isn't exactly cheating. I imagine HG kind of expects and encourages that kind of level of research, seeing if really interested players can match patterns in the game.
What is interesting is when a new Community Event starts up, it will find a Portal for you as soon as you go into space. So if you are able to remember that, and happen to have a base on an Uncharted system, you can go out into space from there and have one shown to you.
As always, mark Portals with a beacon so they can be found again.
For a portal address on a PC all I need is a signal booster screen shot, galaxy name and mode (creative/normal). I portal to the first planet, then second and so on until I get to the correct planet, easy.
nmsportals.github.io gives portal address to the system, the first glyph is the planet, which is an unknown. So portal to each planet in sequence. You can see the first glyph change if you change the planet number, then click the hex address box below it and press enter.
Every planet and moon has a portal.
Don't forget to add to this info (for new players), you must have one of the species "artifacts" Korvax (Korvax Casing), Vy'Keen (Dagger) or Gek (Gek Relic) as an offering to give to monoliths before they will reveal Portal locations.

Ok, I will look for it next time I play the game. I just got done playing for now. I played Creative mode first, mainly on the bladed planet and then a few minutes of Normal mode. But anyways, thanks so much for that info. and help. (Signal booster, didn't help me find a monolith let alone a portal, all it led me to is a ancient plaque, then the plaque led me to a ruin on a planet in the same system.)
