How many ships can you own now?

I know on the last updates it was 6 ships you could own, has this increased since you don't need to have them docked at a freighter like before?

I whould like 9 so i can use the 9 slots of the destroyer so when i jump to a new system i'll go to the hangar and select the ship i want

When I try to switch ships while on a freighter, it launches into the ceiling instead of out the bay and I am stuck. Garbage.

Also I can't call other ships to my freighter, or a space station. Should be able to!

Th is is a possible correction. No guarantees. If you look close you might find that there are two or more ships in that dock spot. If you have another ship in a different dock spot take that out, lan somewhere and come back to your freighter. That /might/ separate the multiple ships sitting on one dock.

I don't think you can call ships to the freighter.

6 but if you have more than 5, npc ships will no longer land on your freighter.
