refinery on space station?
Is there a refinery on space stations? I need to craft chromatic metal

It doesn't seem to be the case. - fancy way to say no. - me
Having those on stations would kinda make them pointless, however there should be an upgrade for freighters that gave them a refinery, with some bonuses like 3x speed or lower/no fuel requirements...

Once you have your first Freighter and have the schematic, you -can- build them on the ship. a lot of people use their freighters as mobile bases. No need to build planetside unless you wanted to.

BTW, if you were searching up/perusing this old thread due to a similar wish for that capability, the answer ... which was not available, and thus not covered by the thread back in 2019 ... is: Personal Refiner.
