Landing on water planet?

Okay, this will probably sound absurd, but is it possible to somehow land on an ocean world? It appears that 100% of the planet is water and therefore I have seemingly no way of landing there and I need to do that before uploading the planet.

Well, are you sure? The planet is considered a 'terraforming catastrophe'.

There are shallows sometimes, but I can't land even in shallow water.

Is it possible to upload pictures here?

It will take you a while to check the whole planet from the surface, do it from space and you'll find it easier, but it has land somewhere.

Oh I never saw that type of planet. I'm not sure now. But I'm sure they made a way to land on it somewhere. Idk if scanning would help, are there minerals when you scan it from space?

try searching for land mass from orbit. it should be visible from space. that way you can do this real quick.

Now the more I'm looking at the planet, I realize that most of what I initially assumed to be clouds (most of them really turned out to be clouds a couple times) were actually a series of nearly interconnected, and sometimes interconnected islands. Still, most of the planet is just water with some shallow areas.

PC: F12 while take a snap shot in steam. Alt tab to the desktop, right click on your steam library over NMS. Screenshots. Upload. Click on VIEW ONLNE. Click the share button.... copy and paste the ling here.

Yup, when you take a screenshot in steam, upload it and go to your view online library option. When you select the photo, it will display a link above it. Right click it, copy link adress and paste it in the forums.
