NEXT: how to get atlas pass v1 v2 v3?
I have a LOT of hours under the belt in a new game since NEXT, but haven't found a blueprint/recipe for those yet? I can see them in the database (info about them and what materials are needed) but I can't actually make them, which is highly annoying, any ideas where to get them or is it just a bug?

Not sure regarding next, but in previous iterations I usually got the blue prints from interactions with the 'anonomaly' station

Have you done the anomaly missions? As you progress and collect data for them they reward you with nanite clusters and eventually APs

done a ton of the "used to work" stuff without luck, pretty much never get any BPs

Got V3 from a manufacturing facility last night. Got v1 from polo.

hmm polo never gave me any, he keeps giving me some ♥♥♥♥ health upgrade for suit... like every time... will add manufacturing in too and more anomalies

Polo will give you v1 after a few visits. I found v2 last night at a "secure facility" location if you use the signal booster. To my knowledge that's also how you get v3. Of course, this info is from before NEXT, but I imagine it's still valid.

I have visited him a LOT, I am at the "stay 5 days on nasty planets" part which is what 5-6-8 steps down the path?

Just picked up a V2 from a manufacturing center, it has taken a long time!

finally got a V3 last night, guess V1 and V2 can go away *shrugs* should be a simple check in the game so if you don't have V1 then you get it, if you have V2 you get V3 and so on, simple checks and a bit more consistency would be nice in when/how to get em... about 40 hours played before I got one... got it from a manufacturing center

manufacturing centers have a random chance to give the blue print of either V2 or V3. it annoys me that there are areas that I can get to had I found one, but it at least eggs me on to keep exploring.

All 3 of mine came from Polo. Just have to keep banging away at those Milestones or hope you get lucky at a Mfg. Facilty.

Actually you need to keep V1 and V3. V1 is still required to open the cargo drops (usually have warp fuel or its components), while both V2 and V3 will open the on-planet Atlas loot rooms and only V3 will open the on-station Atlas loot rooms.
