Emeril in green systems and Indium in Blue systems. Otherwise there's just copper from the normal yellow systems.
You will need the necessary upgrade on your starship to have access to different systems :
Cadmium drive for red,
Emeril drive for red and green,
Indium for blue, red and green.
Cadmium is everywhere for me :D you are not lucky enough
If your planet scan does not indicate cadmium....move on- no need to search.
cadmium is in red stars. so warp to a red star. then scan every planet. every planet has the basic resources (i.e. ferrite, sodium, carbon, etc.) cadmium spawns as a resource deposit and is red colored. it's refienry ratio is 1:1 which means 1 cadmium = 1 chromatic metal. chromatic metal is about 20 units more expensive than cadmium. Use your visor and do a slow 360 and look at every resource deposit that shows up in the visor. then tag which ever one says cadmium.
if you land at a planet that doesn't say cadmium in it's resource list, it won't have it. if the resource is at the top of the list, it is very common on the planet. if it is at the bottom of the list, it is very rare on the planet
Sadly it makes something else :(
Is that planets that have cadmium after you scanned from space or just cadmium you happend to find on a planet?
