What TetraCobalt is used for?

I have some TetraCobalt in my inventory and I don't know if I can safely sell it or should I keep it. So what is it used for? Cause I couldn't find that info?

Right now I use it just to get a bunch if ionized Cobalt for drop pod repairs

Here is a good advice. Just sell everything that is worth anything until you actually need them. If you start hoarding stuff for the future you will go insane. You can always get more somewhere. Nothing is permanently missable or unobtainable.

Bad advice for tetra coblat at least. Selling just a piece of tetra cobalt is worthless almost however getting 5 then converting them all in a portable refinery to Ionized Cobalt which will give you 750 which is worth a lot more credits then tetra cobalt
