random static noise

i was hearing a loud static noise on my save no matter what i tryed i couldnt fix it and i was about to just start a new save to save myself the ear rape but it seemed to fix when i turned in a quest to one of my missions just thought i would share that with you all in case u lost a save to this very loud and annoying bug

This is due to the quest for rebuilding your base being bugged, just make another quest active
