Uranium? anyone know where to find it?
been to about 15 planets that say uranium is there but after searching each one for about 20 minutes a piece there are no uranium deposits as there are cadmium, cobalt, salt, or copper. are they underground? are they just extremely rare?

you can usually get it in most space stations

Uranium is normally a secondary element on radiated planets of different varities, but the easiest way is buying it in space stations.

it look like cone of golden bubble... they called it "metal finger" or something like that. or you can buy it via some terminal.

Go to an irradiated planet and look for "metal fingers" by using the analyse visor, it usually has either gold or uranium and gives a lot of it

I think it's bugged. Can't find a deposit.

Like someone stated above.

I have only ever found it in Metal Fingers and as a secondary element when gathering ferrite and pure ferrite on Rad environment planets.

metal fingers ftw... when you find a planet with those.... remember the name, those fingers are not too uncommon + can be seen when flying around + gives a huge chunk of either gold or uranium and they are usually 8-10 of them in a pile

Metal fingers are not a long term solution people. We want deposits for AMU's. We know metal fingers exist.

not everything shoul be available in huge quantities.
the game is already very easy.

Uranium is the best thing to fuel your launch thruster I bought 2k uranium from space station. I pay 83units for each. 10 Uranium = %25 Launch thrusters!

Found this while looking for Emeril (which I found fyi) yeilds of Ferrite were 43 42 42 39 and Uranium were 1 7 6 6 of the 4 stones in the picture.

Additionally I found Uranium on radiated planets which had craters, if you land in a crater there should be a bunch of stones lying about that contain small yeilds of Uranium 1-4, but there were hundreds of stones per crater, more than enough to install the scatter blaster.

Either as a secondary resource from radiation worlds or by mixing Phosphurous and Ferrite Dust in a Medium/Large refiner.

The game isn't about being difficult. The game info says uranium is found in deposits. That's obviously false. Nobody has found a deposit meaning it's an error in their algorithims.
