How to get rid of sentinal wanted level
as the title says. How to get rid of sentinal wanted level. i keep flying and running away but these buggers keep following me for hours and its stuck at level 3 it wotn decrease

Don't mine anything while you run or timer will reset i think.

thing is i am running for n hour now not mining or doing annything but it wont go down..

They can be super persistent sometimes, but here's some stuff I do that works. Digging a hole deep into the ground and sitting in it, hiding in a cave, hiding underwater, hiding under buildings, hiding inside of buildings, calling your freighter (you'll get a free one pretty early on) then flying to it, going to a space station (assuming it doesn't spawn space sentinels, which it often will).

It's also worth noting that I've had it bug out and the timer never appeared. Purposely dying (do this near your spawn if you do it and keep it mind it might damage stuff in your inv) or reloading should fix that.

Yeh dieing and respawning did the job. Must have been a timer bugg because i was hiding in the depeest part of a cave and they still came for me :(

Yes had the same problem.
İm now afraid to provoke sentinels.
İt is too annoying. went to space same problem ....
İs there other solution then to die?

Just melee jetpack glitch away from them, sentinels are an absolute joke. Always have been and still are.

When you kill the sentinels that are currently following you it will then display a reinforcements timer. that once this timer is counting down you should dig into the terrain then after a few seconds a new timer is displayed that says "Searching" and it will count down from 29 seconds i believe. if you are not spotted in that 29 seconds your wanted level gets removed.

If it works like before, you can just fight them but not kill all of them until you get to threat level 4, then kill the walker. They won't bother you anymore after taking the walker down, no matter what you do (until you leave the planet or restart your save).

Might be a tiny bit hard with a level one mining beam though. :steamhappy:
