System Authority ships endlessly chasing after you?
I shot at a locked door on the planet you begin the game on, then left the planet and now no matter how many times i kill them i am being pursued by the system authority ships. The next mission i have is to reach the space station but cant use the pulse engine because of the enemies. Is this a bug? Also: you can't mine the material you need to recharge your shields in space anymore? Makes it so much harder for me.

You should always destroy/lose all sentinals on planets before going in space because the ships are difficult to get away from.

You can get the fuel from the small asteroids.

I just go back to a previous save. Its another thing the devs overlooked or part of the lazy game design of NMS. once these ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ are on you, you can pretty much forget about losing them because you wont. and they will always win.

No need to spread your salt onto a different table :D

Thanks, maybe i just haven't noticed the right asteroids yet. I mostly find tritium, silver, and gold. but not any sodium yet. In any case HG said they have a bunch of fixes coming soon.

You can lose them it's just not easy if you aren't close to a planet or structure. I do it quite often because I enjoy the space battles. But I swear it's actually a bug since losing them almost seems like a work around.

Just outrun them to the station. Once you are in the station, your wanted level drops. They can't fly as fast as you so just hit the afterburner and keep trucking to the station. May take several minutes depending on how far your planet is from the station.

If feels kind of grindy, but is the only way I have found. For some reason, at 3 stars, the wanted level does not go away after some time in hiding. It may be a glitch or just the new reality.

Sodium is found on planets, after a scan it will come up as Na in a orange/yellow icon. Tritium is used as a fuel for your pulse, sodium is used to charge your hazard protection. The tutorial covers all this and also the guides in the pause menu.

Well nice. Another game breaker. I'm on the planet right next to the station and would have to fly 30min just with afterburner. It's obviously a bug, since the Guide states that pirates can temporarily disable Impulse. That would make absolutely no sense if you're not allowed to junp while in battle in general. Tested it with my best friends account and over all I'm still happy I didn't buy it. It somehow fells even worse than the beginning. Back the it's been a decent game. Now it's just a nightmare of console controls not fit for PC and still quite buggy at times.

What are you even complaining about? Pirates can temporarily disable pulse drive, if you don't want to fight you can easily fly away far enough to use pulse drive and continue whereever you are going. The game isn't hard, you just sound like you enjoy complaining.

30 minutes to fly to a space station? Are you even using pulse drive? Is it charged? ... Do you even know how to play the game? The longest I have had to wait to get somewhere while using pulse is 3-4 minutes.

I had a problem yesterday where the sentinels would never stop searching for me (wanted level stuck at 5 stars, countdown stuck at 0 seconds). I couldn't outrun the system ships so just had to fly slowly to the nearest station :/

The ships never leave you, they have always been too difficult to defeat fast enough to let you pulse drive out of the area. It's best to stay on a planet if you are wanted.

As I said, "the sentinels would never stop searching for me". Staying on the planet was not an option.

I didn't read anything but there is a way to escape them. Go to a planet land then there will be sentinels too. escape them with running. they will be search you for 30 secs. after 30 secs they cant found you and there you go! there will be no sentinel ships in space too!
