Literally getting 5 FPS in the loading screen.

I was getting 1fps while the shaders cached on a GTX1080 but don't sweat it. It's fine.

The game's optimization is trash, but the loading screen FPS isn't a good indicator, since the game sometimes has to reload shaders which tanks the FPS on the load screen for a few mins.

It's people like you that gives the No Mans Sky gaming community a bad name. While I don't condon toxic replies, can you at least use this kind of approach on someone blatantly trolling or actually using rude expressions? I enjoy this game and appreciate what Hello Games has done but their community is gawd awful sometimes. I think the World of Warcraft comunity is better. At least they know when to show their ass.

Thats because your GPU is being used to create the shader cache. This is good. High FPS would mean it's not doing anything!
