Option 2: All the way to the middle > Hilbert
Option 3: Space Anomaly > Big Teleporter > ???
Option 4: Space Anomaly > The Nexus > ???
Notes: options #3 and #4 require the cooperation of at least one other player. If the 'Artemis Path' has already been completed and you elected to stay in Euclid, option #1 is not an option.
quick note: I've already completed the Artemis quest and picked the Budullangr galaxy. I had no idea what that stupid orbs even meant so I just randomly picked one and of course with my luck I picked Budullangr. So right now I have access to both Euclid and Budullandr
1) is there a way to reset the Artemis mission without starting a new game so I can pick a different galaxy? YES/NO
2) If I am in Bud (7th galaxy) galaxy and I want to reach Eissentam (10th galaxy) , I have to do the following:
- reach Bud galactic core and travel to Kik galaxy (8th)
- reach Kik galactic core and travel to Elt galaxy (9th)
- reach Elt galactic core and travel to Eis (10th)
YES/NO?
3) Can I use black holes to quickly travel towards the galactic core? YES/NO
4) Can the freighter warp longer distances than a spaceship? Can I use it for a faster travel towards the core? YES/NO
5) I came across a website with portal addresses near the core. Can I use the portal to travel to that star system and then reach the core? YES/NO
Holes let you hop maybe 3-7kLY at a time coreward. A good explorer can cover the same distance in 3-4 jumps, which is more than any freighter is capable of.
Portal is a dead-end situation. You can go wherever you like, but no further.
oh well, either way I am F%#$ED
thank you man.
oh one last question - what happens when you enter a new galaxy? Do I get to keep everything I own like my ships, exocrafts, blueprints, materials and my base? or is it a soft reset wiping everything I have? cuz if that's the case I'll just start a new game.
thanks

Oh, and some wiring looms too.
or be smarter and do the last jump/reset simulation with a throw-away ship and multi tool? (of course you'd still have to repair whats in your suit..)
I already have a throwaway ship. I just don't throw it away. That and the stockpile I keep for this very purpose means I can be patched up and on my way in less than 10 minutes.
Anything that can't be repaired on the spot is tucked away where the reset won't reach it.
