Report a translation problem
what you can try is to find a crashed ship site. but one with a red orb * like this you started. activate the orb again and then go to space. open the map and a atlas station should be there as a waypoint. worked for me at least in the past otherwise you also can add the bp via save editor
The Remembrance blueprint is rewarded by completing the Artemis story (The Purge), which allows you to pick a new Galaxy to go to. So basically you need to do that crafting chain from the Atlas Path again to get Heart of the Sun. If you have indeed finished the Atlas Path, you should have all the blueprints required. If not, then that does indeed seem to be a bug.
A save editor could fix that.
1: use a save editor to add the tech into your tree
2: Co-Op with someone to the last atlas mission again
