In this case it is because the First Spawn were once rulers over much of the Galaxy, by force... and believed that they were superior to all other lifeforms. So what would creatures like that probably do? If building giant monuments to themselves (in space) isn't on your list of things then you didn't really pay much attention to your history classes. lol
Like Statues to Columbus or Civil War era soldiers or whomever else, they "do" absolutely nothing but support people whose ideology is broken and founded in nonsense beliefs.
But, again.... I already explained this and as also explained.... if you didn't see the relationship here it's because you didn't pay any attention in your history classes in school.
So unless you're either ignorant of the past or just outright denying it.... you should not see any "leap" here. It is practically a 1:1 example. *shrug*
So you inserted that bit of personal agenda into your statement. Which, I'm pretty sure, is his point in questioning it.
I'd say you're hard pressed to find any culture from all of history capable of stacking rocks in top of each other that is not guilty of this to some degree.
Waiting for mods to lock this thread.
While I don't disagree at all with your general thesis here, I do feel obligated to point out that ... is an ellipsis not a period or a comma. My inner obnoxious grammarian was triggered. You can only atone for this by correctly using an Oxford comma in a sentence.
Exactly. Need a hug, Unlucky?
It was a little odd earlier tonight being actually happy to find this object. Normally, I'm bummed out that I got this result instead of something I actually wanted.
