Extreme weather on every planet now?
I know that some planets have extreme weather and have near-constant storms. But after visiting one in another system I now find my home planet and at least one other I have visited in my system now have storms every couple of minutes, where they never did before. Is anyone else seeing this problem?

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION: My home planet I have played about 190 hours on without any severe storms, but starting yesterday I started getting storms every few minutes now. Other planets in my system and nearby systems seemed to have changed as well.

I live on a planet with zero storms. After returning from an extreme planet through a teleport gate it ended up bringing the storm with me. But once I go inside it clears up. Probably not the same thing and is probably a bug. I can't say what's happening to your worlds though.

It hasn't been like that for me so far. Sounds like something you should keep an eye on so you can file a bug report if necessary.

This happened to the planet my base is on. Before, it would storm every 10 or so minutes, but not a whole lot. Now, it storms for 3.5 minutes, is clear for 1.5 minutes, then storms again, on a repeat cycle. Makes me wish I could copy/paste my base to a new planet.

I'm guessing it's a bug because i had the same issue. It stopped once i joined a friend and later went back to my own game.

Nice to know I am not the only one seeing. I did file a bug this morning, so hopefully it can get resolved.

The frequency of planets with storms must've increased, but I don't see it on every system I've visited. Even one radioactive planet that was giving me a storm every so often quit for a few hours before returning (almost as if it had a seasonal effect for frequency of storms).

After having a few of these planets discovered, I then found one low-quality planet that had none. So they exist.

they've actually decreased the frequency of the storms with the last patch, but it's still really buggy.

there are some anomalies. i was just on a planet that was supposed to have extreme weather and it rained all rhe time and the temperature kept flashing red. a delighful 75f. it didn't storm while i was there either. never set off the hazard protection. weather needs an overhaul.

It's normal for some planets to have a lot of storms (they have decreased the frequency of those now however) but it isn't normal for a planet that was previously storm free to suddenly have them. That may be an unintended bug from the fix.

I had one that had a constant storm every couple of minutes, the animals were hostile, & so were the sentinels. I barely escaped & went on to greener pastures (that place had blue grass & mountains).

Come to think of it, I don't think I've found a single place that has green grass. :/
