You made a huge mistake. The tools are procedurally generated, so the "type" and look will be the same in that system, however the stats and class are random each time. No one is going to find that exact same tool.

yeah actually thats mostly wrong.

The tool in a particular system only varies 1-3%, i have the *exact* same tool as the guy mentioned earlier, exact same stats because i visited the system it came from, a lot of people did and every one i've seen posted has identical stats.

S grade items (this applies to ships, and probably frigates/freighters as well) only vary a couple % off max stats, if they even vary that much. Some dont vary at all.

It happened with my sweet-ass black with blue alien multi tool as well, now its an ugly red and green color, ♥♥♥♥ this buggy game seriously, ♥♥♥♥ it, I spent 5 millions just for swapping the damn colors and I even had to sacrifice my whole bunch of S class attachments just to get the new color, and they decide to rip it off my hands, screw you Sean seriously, you bearded hipster looking mofo.

But, I am on a new save and spoke to 3 different Travelrs.. each in a different system, each pointed me out to a grave.. each gave me a different glyph..
I think you can get glyphs in both ways.

Are these super rare? The best I've found is is a class A but the stats are not that great though it does have 24 slots so I thought it best to just wait until I find a class S to save some money with just one purchase.

got my S class tool with 24 slots from my armorer. he will offer you every 24 h a new multi tool if you have completed his quest.

he was offering me the last 3 days a S class multi tool. but complete repaired and not broken

Same thing happens with my freighter. It looks awesome in yellow or red, but bleh in green or blue.

I'm in Hilbert, but can't find. My Booster coordinates appear right (except for the first 4 that change with the region)

Would appreciate galaxy confirmation and if in Hilbert, scanner lat/lon.
