Surviving underwater....
So since I wear a space suit I assumed going underwater would be a piece of cake.

Well.... I was wrong. What’s the trick? Keeps saying oxygen is critical and I have plenty of oxygen but when I recharge my life support it does nothing. And my life support isn’t even low. Yet oxygen is critical?!

I’m just so confused. How do I do this?

use the underwater life support(?) module upgrade
and certain underwater-plants can refill actual oxygen.

You sort of need the hazard protection module for water. I agree its silly but yeah oxygen is treated completely different from other hazards in that you need to actually surface to refill it (jetpack out), or you can find a particular plant below that will refill it too. Get the module and its a lot less annoying.

The suit isn't actually a space suit. You will find out in the story and by jumping off a frigate. You die because of the solar rays. The suit is pretty much to keep you alive in hostile environments, I doubt it's water tight, the shield keeps everything out and thats what the hazard protection module is. Hazard protection is a fancy word for shield and you need to upgrade it to go underwater for longer.

Ok thanks guys. I think I got it now.

I do seem to remember seeing some sort of module for underwater. Guess I need to get that.
