Can I make Tritium somehow?

Trying to purchase it off of ships, but few have large quantities. So, can I make it?

If you are not playing multiplayer with a ship type that shoots itself, you can easily harvest tritium in space...

there are rocks everywhere and most give you 30+ tritium when you shoot them

ahh I see, you are trying to farm fuel to send your frigates on missions, but dont wont to get your hands dirty XD

Some stations sell it. But it's rare, and I can't remember the economy type it's tied to.

Also, planet based trade centers are where I usually go for it. Every ship that lands usually has between 100-200 units. I'll buy up all of the plant and tritium from every ship that lands for a few minutes and be good for hours. Make circuit boards from the plant stuff and be good to go on fuel for freighters and my ship.
